The HVAC Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and performing repairs on assigned HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in such manner as to eliminate system downtime and ensure optimal client relations.

Shifts Available: Overnight Shift from 6:00AM - 6:00PM on 2-2-3 rotation & 2nd Shift 2:00PM - 10:30PM Monday - Friday
Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour pay rate (U.S. Dollar)

- Troubleshoot, calibrate and adjust pilots, thermostats and burners, transformers, controls, relays, heaters, elements, switches and controls on electrical systems
- Installs, maintains and repairs ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
- Identifies maintenance risks on equipment
- Diagnoses electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Cleans, adjusts and repairs systems, and performs warranty services
- Performs emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Performs preventative maintenance on equipment
- Ensures compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Completes other duties as assigned
- Willingness to Work at Various Heights: The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in elevated environments. This includes tasks that may require being at different heights for extended periods.
- Ladder Climbing: Regular climbing of ladders is a critical part of this position. The candidate must be capable of safely ascending and descending ladders of various sizes and types.
- Utilizing Various Lifts: Proficiency in operating a range of lifts is essential. This involves maneuvering scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other mechanical devices to reach higher areas.
- 3–5 years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial/industrial)
- EPA 608 Certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong understanding of building systems and safety protocols
- Ability to work at heights and operate various lifts
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Skill in using hand and power tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
