Senior Maintenance Technician - $1500 Bonus

The Senior Maintenance Mechanic must work independently with minimal supervision, using initiative and sound judgment to manage maintenance tasks and seek help when needed. They will coach staff, ensure efficient operations, and interact daily with residents, visitors, vendors, and staff, as well as occasionally with regulatory agencies. The role also includes reviewing invoices for accuracy and ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
