
Costing Controller

Job Description:
Maintain and control standard costing in SAP across multiple legal entities (EU Fluid plants), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Manage and validate key master data in SAP, including materials, BOMs, routings, work centers, and overhead rates.
Ensure alignment of costing methodology with Group policies and controlling standards.
Prepare and support cost data for budgeting and forecasting processes.
Perform regular cost analysis and variance identification using SAP and Excel-based tools.
Develop and improve analytical models and automation in Excel (advanced formulas, data validation, reporting).
Support cross-plant harmonization of costing processes and data structures.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements (incl. SOX) within the costing area.
Key requirements (technical focus):
Strong hands-on experience with SAP (CO/PC, material costing, standard cost calculation)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, automation)
Solid understanding of manufacturing costing (BOM, routings, overheads, variances)
Experience working with multiple entities / plants / cross-country structures
Ability to analyze large datasets and identify inconsistencies
