About the role:
The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for our Spa & Wellness guests, creating a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. In this role, you will manage reservations, coordinate daily operations, and ensure a smooth and personalized guest journey across spa and fitness areas.
You will play a key role in delivering the calm, professional, and high-quality service standards of Four Seasons. This position reports to the Spa Manager / Assistant Spa Manager.
What you will do:
- Welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth and personalized spa experience
- Maintain the reception area, handle bookings, cashiering, and daily operational tasks
- Provide clear information about treatments, services, and promote relevant offerings
- Handle guest feedback and coordinate with the team to ensure satisfaction and service quality
- Support daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and team coordination
What you bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel or spa environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a guest-focused mindset
- Comfortable using computer systems and booking software
- Professional appearance and calm, solution-oriented approach
- Strong written and spoken English & Turkish skills
