Job Description:

Responsible for providing advanced-level implementation, administration, and support for applications, solutions, integrations, and infrastructure maintained by the Single Sign-On (SSO) and Authentication Management team. This role serves as a senior technical resource for enterprise authentication and identity services, including SecureAuth, CLEAR, Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and related identity and access management technologies, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable access to organizational resources.

Leads and participates in complex projects involving authentication platforms, federation services, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on integrations, access management solutions, and supporting infrastructure. Troubleshoots and resolves advanced technical issues, maintains service level agreements (SLAs), and utilizes IT service management and ticketing systems to manage incidents, requests, problems, and changes in accordance with organizational standards.

Develops, maintains, and enhances automation solutions and scripts, leveraging technologies such as PowerShell to improve scalability, operational efficiency, and reliability across authentication and identity management platforms.

Develops, maintains, and reviews technical documentation, operational procedures, architecture diagrams, and knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy, consistency, and operational readiness. Serves as a primary escalation point for Associate and Intermediate Engineers, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance on authentication and identity-related issues and initiatives. 

Provides technical leadership, mentorship, and professional development guidance to Associate and Intermediate Engineers, fostering knowledge sharing, skill development, and adherence to team standards and best practices. 

Maintains availability through phone, instant messaging, and email during normal business hours and provides after-hours support for critical issues as required. Participates in the Identity Management (IDM) team's on-call rotation and responds to service-impacting incidents to ensure the continued availability and security of authentication services.

Provides exceptional customer service while collaborating with team members, business partners, vendors, and other IT personnel to deliver secure and effective identity solutions. Maintains the highest standards of security, privacy, and compliance by safeguarding account information and ensuring the protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI), and other sensitive data at all times. Supports organizational security policies, regulatory requirements, audit controls, and industry best practices related to identity, authentication, and access management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure [Required]
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Certificates [Required]
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Project and planning/managing execution of project-related tasks. [Required]
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. [Required]
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. [Required]
• Ability to work well with people of varying levels of technical abilities. [Required]
• Solid knowledge of system management and monitoring tools/utilities. [Required]
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts. [Required]

• Strong knowledge of PowerShell [Preferred]
• Windows Server Core experience [Preferred]
• Knowledge of Identity Mangement, Virtual Directories, and Provisioning Solutions are a plus. [Preferred]

Education:
• Bachelor's four-year degree related to information technology [Required]

Field of Study:
• Four-year degree related to Information Technology

Work Experience:
• 2+ project management experience [Preferred]
• 3+ experience in healthcare information technology [Preferred]
• 3+ supporting microsoft active directory services [Required]
• 5+ it experience [Required]
• 5+ server/systems/network administration experience in a work environment. [Required]
• 5+ supporting microsoft active directory services [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$83,699.48 - $155,693.55
