CANOE CLUBHOUSE SERVER 

As a Canoe Clubhouse Server, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences that reflect the warmth, authenticity, and spirit of aloha. Located along the ocean’s edge, the Canoe Clubhouse is a lively, open-air gathering place inspired by Hawai‘i’s rich fishing traditions, featuring sustainably sourced seafood, bold flavors, and breathtaking sunset views. 

 

This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where service is both refined and approachable. As part of one of the resort’s most vibrant outlets, you will balance attentive, personalized service with the rhythm of a sought-after beachfront restaurant, creating meaningful connections with guests from around the world. 

 

As an ambassador of the Four Seasons brand, you will play a key role in bringing the culture, cuisine, and spirit of Hawai‘i Island to life—crafting memorable dining experiences that leave a lasting impression. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Provide intuitive, personalized service to guests in a fast-paced, high-energy oceanfront dining environment 

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of our menu, including seasonal ingredients, local sourcing, and beverage offerings 

• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations with thoughtful recommendations and genuine care 

• Coordinate seamlessly with culinary and bar teams to ensure a flawless dining experience 

• Maintain impeccable presentation standards in accordance with Four Seasons service excellence 

• Create meaningful connections with guests, delivering authentic and memorable interactions 

WHAT TO BRING 

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage 

• A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering luxury service experiences 

• Previous serving experience in an upscale dining environment preferred 

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset 

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail 

• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service is highly valued 

• A genuine appreciation for Hawaiian culture and a desire to share it with guests
