At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the Seasons Restaurant General Manager takes full ownership and accountability for Seasons Restaurant, driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional experiences for our employees and guests. This role oversees all aspects of a three-meal restaurant including daily operations, staff leadership, service standards, cost control, marketing, and facility maintenance. The Seasons Restaurant General Manager ensures seamless dining experiences, manages reservations, large parties, buy-outs, seating, prepares schedules and payroll, and maintains effective communication with all stakeholders. Acting as the primary leader for Seasons Restaurant, this position embodies responsibility for financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team success.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of managers and line employees, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development
Maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor, building genuine guest connections while recognizing and coaching team members in real time
Deliver an exceptional, dining experience that reflects the Four Seasons service culture, with impeccable attention to detail and consistency
Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution across every service period
Partner closely with the Chef de Cuisine, Commercial leadership and Food & Beverage leadership to evolve menus, beverage offerings, and guest experiences with a focus on seasonality, sustainability, and innovation and creative marketing of Seasons Restaurant and Private Dining Room.
Drive financial performance, managing labor strategy, scheduling, payroll, cost controls, inventory, and revenue optimization
Own the guest experience, handling feedback and service recovery with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset
Ensure the restaurant environment reflects brand excellence, proactively identifying facility needs, being innovative and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
Lead, train, coach, supervise, and hold team accountable, ensuring consistency in service techniques and adherence to brand standards across all meal periods
Manage reservations and seating flow, optimizing capacity while maintaining a personalized guest experience
Monitor food, beverage, and equipment usage, ensuring operational efficiency and cost control
Anticipate operational needs, securing necessary supplies, materials, and equipment to support uninterrupted service
Collaborate cross-functionally across the Residence Club, supporting overall guest satisfaction and stepping in to lead operations as needed.
What you bring:
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
College degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management.
2 year’s restaurant management with proven track record with food & beverage service experience.
Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, human relations, maintenance, marketing and merchandising.
Will take ownership and accountability for the overall operations and success of Seasons Restaurant.

Deep knowledge of food, wine, and beverage, with an appreciation for local sourcing and sustainability
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

What we offer:
Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000
