Join a global energy leader shaping a sustainable future. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be at the heart of strategic decision-making. You will work closely with senior leaders across business units. Your financial insights will drive growth and operational excellence.

You will translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. You won't just report numbers — you'll influence the strategy behind them. This role offers broad exposure across functions including operations, sales, and commercial teams.

How you'll make an impact

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Build financial models and business cases for new initiatives and investments.
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead the preparation of financial reports in line with internal policies and standards.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and systems.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing on business strategies.
• Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and capital expenditure decisions.
• Communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Support mergers and acquisitions through due diligence and integration planning.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

 

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in finance, planning, and analysis roles.
• Proven experience providing financial insights to senior management.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and Excel.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial reporting.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning and business intelligence tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
