Project Leader - Project Management role for Chassis / Integration ( 8-12 yrs Exp )

1. Experience in Program Management in OEM/Tier 1/ESP environment.
2. Expertise in managing overall Chassis Program including Suspension, Steering, Brakes, Structural, Frames, Wheels, Tires, Mounts etc. 
3. Experience in Vehicle Integration / Issue Resolution specifically in Chassis / Top-Hat zones.
4. Exposure to CAE Load cases applicable / Regulatory requirements etc
5. Well versed in Vehicle Test Management ( Component , Subsystem , Module & Vehicle Level )
6. Exposure to Product development stages
7. Experience in negotiating with Cross Functional Teams/ Front ending with Clients.
8. Awareness/exposure of Industry 4.0 / Industry X.
9. Good skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
10. Very good communication skill.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
