At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, applying advanced systems thinking to shape long-term strategic roadmaps across interconnected enterprise networks. The opportunity:

  • Driving Content Leadership: Overseeing complex initiatives and streams with full autonomy, defining analysis efforts across highly ambiguous spaces, and managing the overall quality of deliverables.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Leading root-cause analysis of cross-organizational business problems, proactively managing scope creep, and ensuring full alignment with global strategic objectives.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management: Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, navigating complex organizational frameworks, resolving conflicts, and empowering teams to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Impacting Strategy & Roadmaps: Evaluating strategic solution options through advanced value and risk assessments to shape long-term business and technology roadmaps.
  • Managing Product Complexity: Operating effectively at a product or product line level while navigating evolving requirements and analyzing both macro and micro implications.
  • Leveraging Technical & Business Ability: Applying in-depth domain knowledge and tools across cross-functional initiatives to anticipate challenges and integrate analysis into holistic solution designs.

Who you are:

  • Experienced Strategist: You have extensive experience overseeing large-scale, autonomous initiatives and driving alignment within highly ambiguous, complex environments (min.5 years)
  • Domain Expert: You possess advanced knowledge of Business Analysis Advisory/Consultancy concepts and a proven track record of recommending innovative tech solutions for sustainable transformation..
  • Systems Thinker: You have a strong ability to apply systems thinking to provide enterprise-wide advice, tailoring and combining methodologies to perfectly fit the problem space.
  • Collaborative Leader: You excel at senior stakeholder management, act as a role model for teamwork across business structures, and are passionate about mentoring senior BA practitioners within the Community of Practice.

  • Salary range 19 075 - 35 425 PLN gross based on the employment contract (Note: standard market range for this Principal role at Roche, feel free to adjust).

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228’900.00 PLN - 425’100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
