
Senior Administrative Assistant 2nd Shift
Job Description
We’re looking for a Sr. Administrative Assistant to join our Communications Center Admin team!
As an Sr. Administrative Assistant at Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen, you’ll support the Communications Center and report directly to the Director of Administration & Facilities. This role is key to keeping our processes organized, our teams informed, and our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Enter and verify data, ensuring accuracy across reports and systems.
- Manage multiple shared mailboxes and respond in a timely, professional manner.
- Support front desk responsibilities and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Replenish office supplies and assist with general office needs.
- Communicate with departments across the call center to support daily operations.
- Follow the Sweepstakes process as outlined, meeting all deadlines.
- Partner with Event and Retail Sweepstakes leaders and the admin team, providing clear, timely updates and feedback.
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with internal partners.
- Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
- Support ongoing projects while managing timelines and priorities.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on team initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for the admin team as a go-to resource for processes and questions.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Takes initiative with a strong sense of urgency.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams.
- Able to multitask, adapt, and shift priorities as needed.
- Works independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Positive, dependable, and consistent in approach.
- Comfortable using Outlook and Microsoft Office products.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 10–15 lbs.
