Plant Labourer

  What you’ll do: Fill propane cylinders, load on to pallets for delivery to our customers. Maintain a clean and orderly yard ensuring that tanks and inventory are organized. Perform regular maintenance to the facility to minimize repairs and associated expenses ensuring it is maintained, cleaned and presents a professional image and is a safe workplace. Manage and control inventory, ensuring assets are accurately logged. Coordinate shipping and receiving and unload and load trucks as needed. Manage and coordinate any administrative paperwork and documentation as needed. Conduct and maintain the highest standard of safety in all activities and operations ensuring compliance with the regulatory bodies and relevant regulations. This includes conducting and, if applicable documenting, pre and post vehicle inspections on forklifts site inspections and visual tank inspections. Preparing of tanks. Monthly inspections of the plant- general safety inspection- complete form and send it off.   What you bring: High School education. Minimum one (1) year experience. Reliable transportation to work. TDG and WHMIS training and certification is an asset. PGAC 100-1 Dispensing Product is an asset. Strong customer service skills. Good computer skills. Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects on a regular basis. Good customer service skills.
