Job Description
Calls out and verifies food orders to cooks and pantry in restaurant specializing in fast service and high volume output. Examines portioning and garnishing of completed food order. Makes correction with kitchen staff and/or service staff if necessary. Notifies serving personnel or food runner when order is ready to be picked up from the service window. If no food runner, expo will assist in delivering food to table. May prepare and cook foods that can be completed in short time when applicable.
