Relationship Manager-Tractors and Farm Equipments (TFE)-Branch Operations
Job Description
- Build wholesale finance portfolio by promoting products like Cash credit / OD limit / Channel finance / Inventory funding / Bank guarantee /loan against property / term loan.
- Focus on loans size greater than Rs 2crs and upto Rs 40 crs
- Focus on dealers of Tractors, cars, 2 wheelers.
- Develop channels for business sourcing
- Monitor existing loan book and increase relationship value YOY through regular visits and contact.
Coordinate with credit, legal and operations for good TAT and customer service
- Finance MBA
- Min 3 to 4 yrs experience in SME/Business banking or dealer Finance
- Understanding of financial statements
- Knowledge of property mortgage process
Team management
- Willing to travel
- Willing to take up stretch targets
