Staff Continuous Improvement Professional

This role drives operational excellence across manufacturing while promoting the responsible adoption of AI. It focuses on streamlining processes, reducing waste, and improving service through the Crayola Operating System (Safety, Quality, Operational Excellence, Maintenance Excellence). The role leads training and development initiatives, builds technical and manufacturing capabilities, and coaches Continuous Improvement (CI) leaders. It also fosters a strong CI culture, may manages temporary resources, and partners cross-functionally to translate business needs into measurable improvements, establish governance, and ensure effective, responsible AI adoption.
