Job Description
General Manager Reports To: Director of Operations Supervises: Subcontractors and employees in designated ARs. General Purpose of Position: As part of the management team, a General Manager works directly with the DOO to ensure the day-to-day management and operations expectations of the clients are being met. The General Manager helps with implementing strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures within the business in an effort to increase profitability. A General Manager is a leader and must have the ability to make informed decisions, solve problems in a critical and diligent manner, and effectively manage a designated area.
