Overview You’ll support a complex book of business and work closely with Account Managers, Account Executives, Producers, and Brokers. This role focuses on client service across marketing, claims, administration, renewals, and sales support. You’ll work with clients who have some of the most complex needs, and there are no renewal goals tied to the accounts you support. If you like variety, careful follow through, and solving client problems, this role gives you plenty to work on. You’ll help keep information organized, questions answered, and next steps moving for clients who rely on clear, timely support. How you'll make an impact You’ll be the day to day point of contact for assigned clients, helping resolve complex service issues that need research and coordination with carriers or agents. You’ll answer questions, keep a clear log of conversations, and make sure the right people have the information they need. You’ll also help market new and renewal accounts, prepare renewal materials, and support client presentations with research and preparation. Along the way, you’ll look for ways to add new lines of business with current clients and share information about legal issues that may affect them. You’ll also help lead enrollment meetings and support implementation so clients have a smooth experience from start to finish. Experience supporting commercial insurance accounts, client service work, or a similar role with detailed client support. The ability to research complex questions and work with carriers, agents, and internal partners to find answers. Clear communication that helps you explain information to client teams at different levels. Careful attention to detail when logging conversations, preparing renewals, and following process steps. Experience helping with client presentations, enrollment meetings, or implementation work. A client-first mindset and a steady approach to follow through, teamwork, and problem solving. About You Required: High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of related experience. Preferred: Appropriate license Behaviors: Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
