*This role will be considered full-Time CBA role; This is a Temporary role. There is potential that this role could become a permanent role pending outcome.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

*Maintains and repairs HVAC systems to ensure various machines operate efficiently and reliably.

*Employs a blend of technical expertise and precision to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.

*Utilizes specialized equipment to identify faulty components and install replacement parts.

*Conduct regular system maintenance to optimize airflow and distribution.

*Cleans ventilation ducts, coils, air handling units, condensation lines, and maintains system efficiency, and prevents major breakdowns.

*Responsible for maintaining systems on cantonment and in the NTC Training Area.

*Inputs all maintenance activities into Maximo work orders for tracking of labor, hardware and materials.
