Summary:
AS A DIETARY AIDE, you will perform meal service duties throughout the hospital. You will prepare and deliver nourishments to patient floors, receive and store food inventory, apply diet therapy in tray-line and production areas. You will facilitate communication between patients, nursing, and Nutrition Services.
Other information:
Qualifications:
-High School graduate or equivalent.
-6+ months of previous kitchen area experience preferred
-Food preparation skills preferred
-Food Safety - HACCP - Serv Safe Food Safety Course preferred
