The Nurse Manager is responsible for management of clinical services of the Urogynecology Division, within the Department of OBGYN. The Nurse Manager works closely with the Urogynecology Division Director, Urogynecology Practice Manager, and Department Administrator to develop, implement, and maintain clinical programs that enhance the quality of care and achieve a high level of patient and provider satisfaction.   The Nurse Manager is primarily responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations and oversight of the Urogynecology Division in both Norfolk and Virginia Beach.
