Job Summary
The Part-Time Business Manager supports St. Louis Partners and three affiliated agencies by assisting with financial, administrative, and operational functions, helping ensure effective stewardship of resources in support of the organization’s mission.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and prepare AP for processing and ensure invoices are submitted in a timely manner.
- Act as point of contact for vendor questions and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Act as intermediary for foster parent payment issues.
- Prepare or assist in preparing special reports as needed, including various tracking and management reports.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Participates as a member of the St. Louis Partners Senior Leader team.
- Review processes to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources.
- Prepare financial and compliance reports in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy.
Perform other duties as delegated.
Job Requirements
Associate’s degree from a two-year college plus two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pre-Employment Screening
