Job Description:
How will you create impact?
- Trade Marketing North American -Temp Help
- Support US/Canada Specialty Account
- Support Brand and Cardinal sample requests
- Account back up support
- Trade Marketing International-Temp Help
- Responsible for updating International Sample Request form for 3rd Party Distributors
- Responsible for International sample summaries
- Work with the planning team for approval on certain items when needing to ship US or Canadian Stock, if not available from China or European warehouse
- Produce Commercial Invoices for shipments
- Responsible for coordinating European and Cardinal Samples from the European and Hong Kong warehouse
- Responsible for the co-ordination and preparation of shipments from the
- Toronto office to ship to customers
- Digital Asset management support
- Request samples early in the development process to be photographed for international needs.
- Toy Fair travel support required as needed

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with both internal coworkers and external parties
