**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse II to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety while adhering to established clinical protocols and standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and physician orders.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting observations and interventions accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
- Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications:**
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to work PRN shifts as needed.
