What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Manual QA with a strong background in T24, in Securities Module. The ideal candidates will possess in-depth functional and technical knowledge of the T24 core banking platform along with proven experience.
Must be able to clearly communicate in English both verbally and written to interact with team members and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end testing activities for T24 implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
- Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
- Execute manual test cases for T24 modules across various environments (UAT, SIT, etc.).
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution, ensuring comprehensive root cause analysis.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Participate in Regression, Integration, and System Testing cycles.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements for T24 projects.
- Provide regular status updates, test metrics, and defect reports to project teams.
- Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed.
- Bonus: If able develop and maintain automation test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
Key Requirements:
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with T24 (Temenos), especially in Securities Module.
- Demonstrated proficiency in manual testing within T24 environments.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in test automation and familiarity with automation frameworks and tools, is a PLUS.
- Ability to create comprehensive test artifacts and documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and geographies.
- Exposure to the financial services/banking domain is highly desirable.
