Job Description
What you’ll do:
It is a site HR role to master in full-function HR fields to meet business growth. This position would be the human resource business partner to strategically deploy functional excellence to support business operation as major responsibility, influence and develop leaders in the basis of partnership. Functional areas of human resources include but not limited to talent acquaction, talent retention, employee relationship development, employee experiecne optimization and HR projects.
"• Analyze theplant requirement and work with the HRteam to develop/execute solutions, programs, and policies in terms of OD & ER.
• Provide solution to management team and help to achieve the KPI by preparing necessary analysis and initiate proposal with action plan.
• Serve as the business partner in analyzing and managing the people process improvement project, manpower issue analysis, organization unit restructures, workforce planning, and engagement development.
• Being the owner of performance evluation cycle to support the line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). At the same time, conduct the necessary interviews, such as performance interviews, talent interviews, and exit interviews.
• Being the owner for partnering with managment team to share the recommendations to cemployee relations issues and conducts investigations when necessary to fulfill company regulations.
• Responsible for assigned HR Project to help the plant to increase the employee engagement and accelerate the growth of employees."
Qualifications:
Human Resource , Business Management or Psychology Bachelor / Master Degree
3 years above working experience in human resource. Manufacturing or retails industry is a plus.
Skills:
"1. Skill set of local recruitment, employee relationship development, compensation and benefit deployment are must.
2. Expert in excel , PowerPoint and Office software.
3. AI tool applied in HR is plus. "
"1. Fluent English is a plus.
2. Customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and situations with discretion.
4. Group facilitation and presentation skills.
5. Able to jump out of HR field to learn and dive in financial and business operational field.
6. Able to build internal and external network to optimize information and obtain best practice. . "
