Why This Role Is Right for You
As a E-commerce Relations Team Manager, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Poznań. This role combines leading a team responsible for managing Key B2B Clients (Key Account Management) with the delivery of quality and commercial objectives. You will be accountable for the quality of cooperation with key clients, retention, revenue growth within the assigned portfolio, and effective collaboration with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Risk teams.

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

  • Leading and developing a team of Key Account Managers responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key B2B clients.
  • Delivering team quality and business objectives, including client retention, customer satisfaction, and expansion of cooperation.
  • Developing team competencies through coaching, regular feedback, and hands-on support in client-facing activities.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and supporting the team in complex and strategic discussions.
  • Monitoring service quality, initiating process improvements, and recommending changes that increase value for the client.
  • Close cooperation with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Risk/AML teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.
  • Analyzing team performance, preparing reports, and planning development and improvement actions

Essential Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management, Key Account Management, sales development, or other commercial B2B roles—preferably in banking, payments, fintech, or software/services environments
  • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to analyze financial models and business plans.
  • Proven experience in negotiating with key clients and managing contracts and commercial terms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
