Strategic Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions (Manufacturing)

The Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) supports the company’s inorganic growth initiatives by assisting in the evaluation, execution, and integration of acquisition opportunities. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role works closely with senior leaders and cross functional teams to analyze potential transactions, coordinate due diligence, and support integration planning within a multi–business unit manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, solid financial acumen, and experience managing workstreams across complex transactions.
