
Corporate Senior Financial Analyst
Job Description
How you'll make an impact:
- Support the Corporate Finance team in preparing executive-level presentations, including monthly forecasts and annual budgets for the consolidated Match Group.
- Manage the consolidation of financial data across Match Group’s business units (Tinder, Hinge, Evergreen & Emerging [E&E], and MG Asia), collaborating with teams to validate forecast assumptions and identify key trends.
- Prepare financial materials for executive leadership, including forecasts, Board of Directors presentations, earnings reports, and content for external stakeholders such as investors and rating agencies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support cash management, expense tracking, and free cash flow initiatives.
- Maintain and update monthly forecast models for departmental budgets, perform variance analysis in other areas of the P&L, and recommend budget/forecast adjustments as needed
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to evaluate business performance and assess investment opportunities across Match Group’s portfolio.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, finance management, and cross-functional teams—including investor relations, strategy and operations, business units, tax and internal departments—on strategic initiatives and special projects.

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other related business field.
- You have 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or accounting.
- You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, and other G Suite tools; experience with OneStream and Workday is a plus.
- You have exceptional work ethic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- You have experience in detailed forecasting and long-range planning, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and clearly communicate complex financial data
- You have the ability to turnaround ad hoc requests in a timely manner while maintaining quality of work.
- You have a strong sense of personal and professional integrity; you are a collaborative team player.
- You are willing to work flexible hours as needed leading up to external reporting releases and executive level presentations.
