Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor editorial performance and tracking on Launchmetrics
- Prepare press loan requests and coordinate with boutiques on shoot preparation
- Coordinate with security company on guard booking and jewelry delivery to studios
- Standardize weekly clipping report
- Coordinate festive press gifting
- Coordinate advertising material requests and delivery with production house
- Manage official website and Facebook updating, prepare translation and validation process
- Manage social calendar and timely content posting on official Facebook page
- Content development for regular mall communications and social postings (Website/Instagram/ Facebook/WeChat/XHS)
- Assist local team on event preparation tasks and offer on-site support
- Manage magazine library
- Adhoc support to Hong Kong Macau team
Requirements:
- University undergraduate student, preferably Year 2 or above
- Interest in business analytics, social media, digital marketing
- A good team player with good communications and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive attitude
- Self-motivated, analytical and detail-oriented
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Working frequency: 4 days per week (can be negotiated)
- Immediate availability is preferred
