
Airport Transportation Chauffer
Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: Transports guests to and from predetermined airport locations while providing excellent customer service and abiding by all traffic laws.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Transport guest to and from airport locations in a safe manner
- Transport guests to and from on-property and off-property locations
- Assist guest with Luggage
- Assist guest to their accommodations
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Abide by all traffic laws.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Certificate(s) or License(s): Valid Driver’s License Class D with a passenger endorsement issued by the state of Arkansas or Valid Driver’s License Class E issued by the state of MO. Class A or B CDL With a Passenger Endorsement a plus.
- Ongoing verification of driving eligibility will be conducted to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Years of experience: 2+
- Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Safe Driving
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- N/A
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Regularly walks, sits, stands, and lifts up to 50 lbs.
Seldom/Never does computer work.
Additional Physical Requirements:
- Ability to load and unload guest luggage.
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
Performs duties within scope of general company policies, procedures, and objectives. Analyzes problems and performs needs assessments. Uses judgment in adapting broad guidelines to achieve desired result. Regular exercise of independent judgment within accepted practices. Makes recommendations that affect policies, procedures, and practices.
