We’re currently seeking a Kennel Assistant to join our close-knit team.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Dependable, kind, and team-oriented
- Comfort being on your feet and handling pets of all sizes
- Good communication skills and time management
- Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs and work independently
What you’ll do:
- Care for dogs and cats in our boarding facility
- Feed, water, and administer medications as needed
- Facilitate safe and fun playtimes
- Clean kennels, play yards, dishes, and laundry
- Help maintain the overall cleanliness of our hospital
Schedule:
- Full-time schedule (30-40 hours per week)
- Shifts include early mornings (starting at 6:30 AM) and evenings (ending as late as 8:00 PM), along with weekends and holidays. We use a rotating schedule so everyone gets time to enjoy life outside of work.
