BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN LEAD ($5,000 Hiring Incentive)

As a Behavioral Health Technician Lead, you’ll:

Work full-time, 40 hours a week on-site Coordinate overall unit activities for psychiatric patients. Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and structured environment.
Lead, train, and guide staff. Provide patient care and support. Ensure proper security protocols are followed. Collaborate with nursing staff with regards to patient treatment plans. Work in a 24/7 controlled medical/behavioral health facility under the direction of the Charge Nurse.
