Job Description
1. Business Transformation Adaptation & Execution
- Champion the implementation of the Agency Business Transformation model within the sales team, ensuring full alignment with the company’s evolving sales strategy.
- Guide the team in adopting new sales structures, processes, and performance standards introduced under the transformed agency model.
- Promote a mindset shift toward professionalism, productivity, and sustainability in agency building and management.
- Ensure team members understand and embrace the new expectations around recruitment, activation, retention, and productivity.
2. Business Planning
- Set monthly targets, forecast manpower growth, and design sales execution plans.
- Break down monthly sales and recruitment targets for each Agency Leader (AL) based on company goals and manpower allocation, using MAPA matrix
- Analyze team performance trends (APE, EHC, Active Ratio ...) and propose corrective plans where needed.
- Coordinate with the Director to align forecasts, headcount plans, and structure optimization for sustainable growth.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance dashboards to ensure transparent, data-driven decision-making.
3. Team Building/Recruitments
- Recruit new agents/leaders and strengthen the structure to ensure sustainable growth.
- Identify and recruit new ARs and ALs through direct referrals, recruitment sessions, and collaboration with existing team members.
- Ensure & maintain a balanced team structure (10 - 15 ALs per Manager).
- Assign mentors or onboarding buddies for new recruits to improve first 90-day success rate and reduce dropout risk.
- Conduct regular talent reviews to identify potential leaders and prepare promotion readiness plans.
4. Training & Coaching
- Provide onboarding, skills training, and regular coaching to uplift advisor capability and confidence.
- Deliver initial onboarding training and ensure completion of product certification, ethics training, and eApp usage for all new Recruits.
- Facilitate weekly skill-building sessions (sales objection handling, lead conversion, digital tools usage).
- Observe field activities (joint fieldwork, role-play) and give individual coaching with written action plans.
- Collaborate with the Training Department to ensure all ALs receive continuous development support aligned with the AVP model.
5. Motivation
- Recognize achievements, create engagement activities, and foster a high-energy working spirit.
- Create a motivating work environment through monthly recognition of top performers and improvement achievers.
- Run internal contests or incentives aligned with national campaigns (e.g., APE contests, recruitment race).
- Host 1-on-1 check-ins to understand team members’ personal goals and provide support accordingly.
- Act as a role model by sharing success stories and promoting the “Dám sống đời tự do” (Dare to Live Free) spirit in every engagement.
6. Agency Operations Supervision
- Monitor daily performance, ensure KPI tracking, and solve compliance or process issues proactively to ensure at least 3 active/AL/month
- Review daily agent activity logs (SmartAgency, eApp) and intervene when activation or productivity falls below benchmarks.
- Validate recruitment documentation and compliance readiness before agent code approval (AVICAD rules).
- Handle issues related to licensing, agent status change, and resignations in coordination with the DS/ICD departments.
- Monitor adherence to Chubb’s brand standards, ethical guidelines, and operational processes always.
7. Activity Organization
- Plan and execute recruitment events, team meetings, recognition ceremonies, and campaign launches.
- Organize and run weekly business meetings with all ALs to review KPIs, campaigns, and pipeline status.
- Plan and host at least 1 recruitment event per month (career talk, presentation, or open day).
- Conduct structured onboarding events for new joiners (e.g., Day 1 orientation, Day 30 check-in).
- Support and co-lead internal team-building activities, recognition ceremonies, and cultural engagement sessions to build cohesion and belonging.
- At least 2 years experiences at management level.
- Strong knowledge of sales operations model, activities management, agency recruitment.
- Good at analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the team.
- Great stakeholder management, with proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Following and good at compliance-related information and requirements.
