Talent Project Internship

Internship start date : September 2027 (6 months)

Location : Geneva

Presentation :

As a key member of the International Talent team, the intern will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Intern will be at the heart of global Talent initiatives, collaborating across regions and functions and playing an essential role in strengthening the Maison’s talent attraction and engagement initiatives.
This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across international projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Role & Responsibilities :

1) TA Process, data & insights

  • Work on a library of job descriptions per regions, markets and functions.
  • Track and update Talent Acquisition KPIs using Workday, Visier, LinkedIn analytics.
  • Support ongoing projects related to TA systems (Workday, guidelines implementation…).
  • Maintain the TA SharePoint, ensuring accessibility and consistency for the Talent Community (job descriptions, toolkits, one-pagers, etc.).
  • Contribute to monthly and recurring TA processes (e.g., TIO, monthly push).

2) External Talent pooling

  • Work on external talent mapping for targeted regions and functions
  • Work on Alumni or regretted loss “communities”

3) Talent Management

  • Support the Talent Manager in the coordination, communication and reporting of global talent development programs and initiatives.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and broader Talent initiatives as required

4)  Other responsibilities

  • Prepare presentations and tracking reports for key stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Internal Communication and Digital Teams to support the Maison’s digital reputation by following comments and feedback on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Profil :

  • Final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (internship agreement required).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, with an innovative mindset and the confidence to propose new ideas.
  • Curious and adaptable, with a strong inner drive to get things done.
  • Data-handling skills in Excel, comfortable with PPT. Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, other languages are a plus.
