Job Description
Position Title:
Manufacturing Associate
Pay Rate:
$22.72 per hour with a .25 cent shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts and the opportunity to make $25.27 in the first 90 days.
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time
Candidates must be open to 2nd (3pm - 11pm) and 3rd (11pm - 7am) shift, depending on company vacancies. This role is subject to mandatory scheduled overtime.

The Job You Will Perform:
Safely operating machinery
Reading factory orders
Accurately reading gauges, tape measurer and other test equipment
Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting and setting up orders which may include carrying tooling (i.e. ink buckets, printing dies and cutting dies) to machinery
Accurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followed
This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
