We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Dealership Title & Receivables Specialist to join our office team in Hales Corners, WI.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be cross-trained in multiple dealership office functions and serve as a valuable resource to the entire administrative team.

What You'll Do

• Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal title regulations.
• Manage accounts receivable activities, including posting payments and reconciling customer accounts.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with dealership accounting functions as assigned.
• Provide backup support for incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
• Cross-train in various office roles to support departmental coverage and workflow.
• Work closely with sales, finance, service, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the position.

What We're Looking For

• Previous dealership title, accounting, receivables, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Experience with dealership management systems is a plus.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple office functions.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
