We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Dealership Title & Receivables Specialist to join our office team in Hales Corners, WI.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be cross-trained in multiple dealership office functions and serve as a valuable resource to the entire administrative team.
What You'll Do
- Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal title regulations.
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including posting payments and reconciling customer accounts.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with dealership accounting functions as assigned.
- Provide backup support for incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
- Cross-train in various office roles to support departmental coverage and workflow.
- Work closely with sales, finance, service, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the position.
What We're Looking For
- Previous dealership title, accounting, receivables, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Experience with dealership management systems is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple office functions.
