Are you a talented and dedicated leader with a passion for managing operations in the industrial services and tank cleaning industry? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Service Manager to oversee all aspects of the field operations, from recruiting to managing crews, in our growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of field service technicians, drivers and cleaning crew members
- Develop and implements operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Recruit, hire and train field service personnel in accordance with company standards and industry regulations
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement coaching and development plans
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all field operations
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational performance
- Manage and monitor operational budgets and expenses to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the managerial role in the industrial services and/or tank cleaning industry.
- Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing field service crews
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
