
Post Order Project Manager, Customer Experience (fixed-term)
Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end MV switchgear project deliveries, ensuring timelines, cost, and quality targets are met
- Act as the primary customer interface during delivery, including handling complex and challenging situations
- Interpret technical drawings and provide guidance on optimal technical solutions
- Coordinate closely with Eaton factories (e.g., Hengelo and Ankara) and internal stakeholders to ensure execution and delivery
- Own order management in SAP/ERP, including order accuracy, follow-up, and reporting
- Lead project activities such as FAT, subcontractor coordination, logistics, and documentation
- Monitor project performance, resolve technical issues and claims, and drive continuous improvement in line with Eaton processes and safety policies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in order management, project management, or a similar role
- Experience with SAP or other ERP/order management systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings would be nice to have
- Fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken) – Finnish is mandatory

- Confident communicator with experience handling demanding customer interactions
- Ability to bridge technical and commercial discussions between sales, customers, and factories
