Job Description
•To lead and optimize all plant-level materials functions to include production planning, receiving, and distribution for Mitchell and Elkton. •This role will develop and implement distribution processes for Elkton facility and create a baseline for safety, quality, delivery, and cost along with other KPIs as it pertains to distribution. •Success means creating a high-performing, disciplined materials organization that consistently receives and delivers parts to TCF manufacturing sites with a high level of accuracy. •Acts as a key member of the plant leadership team, aligning materials strategy with production, engineering, and business objectives. •Build scalable processes and systems that drives timely flow, reduce waste, and support long-term operational performance.
