Community Crisis Stabilization LPN/RN

$33/hour     Advocates is seeking enthusiastic, driven LPNs to offer medical support, care coordination and rehabilitation options to those in crisis.   The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the provision of direct care and nursing care to meet identified individuals health maintenance needs.  Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support people at the program around all domains of living and to support the achievement of goals identified by individuals in the CCS program.
