Lead the process maintenance team to ensure all process equipment is maintained according to schedules and operational needs.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for process machinery.
Monitor process equipment performance, analyze failure patterns, and drive root cause analysis activities.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to plan maintenance activities that minimize impact on manufacturing schedules.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and support documentation required for audits and inspections.
Support equipment qualification, validation, and calibration activities related to process equipment.
Train and mentor maintenance team members to enhance technical skills and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
Manage spare parts inventory related to process equipment maintenance.
Key Decisions
Prioritizing process maintenance tasks based on equipment criticality and production demands.
Approving work orders and allocating resources for process equipment maintenance.
Escalating major process equipment failures or safety concerns to management.
Authorizing documentation related to maintenance activities and compliance.
Recommending upgrades, replacements, or modifications to process equipment to improve reliability and efficiency.
