Field Service Technician

If you’re eager for your next opportunity, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step.   The Service Repair Technician maintains, and services housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by our customers.   Your hours will be from Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, with some overtime. Must have the ability to travel long distances, with possible overnight stays out of state.   You will: Service, maintain, and repair commercial laundry, housekeeping, and kitchen equipment, such as OPL pump systems, Auto-dosing equipment, and commercial dishwashers Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service  Maintain up-to-date records of services performed Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory Properly demonstrate equipment to customers Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge Follow safety and housekeeping procedures You have: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience A valid driver's license and a clean MVR Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience  Electrical and mechanical experience Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment including troubleshooting commercial laundry systems and plumbing, as well as using digital multimeters for electrical diagnostics preferred Excellent communication skills
