What You’ll Be Doing
This role is responsible for performing advanced diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or company-owned agricultural and turf equipment. You will be responsible for providing service in a manner that will optimize the cooperative's efficiency, while displaying outstanding customer service.

What We Need from You
- A driving record that is acceptable for commercial liability insurance
- 1-2 years of equipment mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Bonus Points if You Have
- Agricultural background with related experience operating agricultural equipment
- 1-2 years of welding experience
- Valid CDL or willingness to obtain CDL
- Associate degree or technical certificate in agriculture related field of study desired
