Director of Finance (Hybrid)

We currently have an opportunity for a Director of Finance to join our Corporate Finance team based in our Plymouth, MN office on a hybrid schedule. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the maintenance and execution of our core planning model and associated processes. The Director of Finance is responsible for the integrity of rule maintenance, department budget setup, and monthly updates. The ideal candidate will handle complex calculations (tax rates, allocations, reinsurance) for various business units and support strategic initiatives, including KPI projects and producer incentive management.
