Customer Service Representative - Porter Corp

The primary purpose of this position is to be the internal customer-centric advocate for our sales organization. You will be responsible for guiding our Dealers through the sales process – from lead to order. In your position you will ensure our Dealer Network has the resources and information needed to drive revenues in our shelter division. This role is integral in building strong relationships with our Dealer Network and fostering our end user’s long-term customer loyalty.
