Senior Project Engineer - Dayton, Ohio

As a Project Engineer II (SPE), you’ll play an essential role in driving the structural design process from concept through construction. Working alongside Project Managers, you’ll perform detailed analyses, develop structural plans and specifications, and ensure every project meets design intent, technical standards, and regulatory requirements. You’ll also mentor junior engineers and BIM technicians, coordinate across multidisciplinary teams, and engage directly with clients - helping to deliver exceptional, technically sound projects that reflect DeSimone’s commitment to engineering excellence.

This position is classified as salaried, exempt. The hiring salary range for this role is anticipated to be $100,000-$110,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications.
