Operations Manager

Adler Pelzer Group - a growing global Tier One supplier of Acoustic and Soft Trim products to the automotive industry is seeking a motivated and committed Operations Manager to direct and coordinate, through subordinate personnel, activities concerned with production of company product(s), utilizing knowledge of throughput, inventory, and operating expenses. This role works closely with staff to establish standards, controls, and budgets while maintaining optimum production and the utilization of all resources. The Operations Manager reviews and analyzes plant performance data for reports, both internal and external and identify abnormal situations.
