Area Sales Manager - Home Health

Arden Home Health is seeking a motivated and strategic Area Sales Manager to accelerate referral growth and drive census development across North Mississippi geographic territory. This role is responsible for building and sustaining a high-performing referral network, converting market opportunity into admissions volume, and serving as the face of Arden's home health services in the community - all in support of our commitment to helping patients recover, rehabilitate, and thrive at home.

• 2-3+ years healthcare home health sales experience
• Proven admissions or referral growth results
• Knowledge of home health or post-acute care
• Familiarity with Medicare home health benefit
• Prior work experience in North Mississippi in home health
• Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle
