Ground Service Rep PT

The primary responsibility of the Ground Service Representative includes but not limited to monitoring ground operations for flights that operate in locations without SCA supervision. They ensure servicing meets regulatory requirements, SCA policy and procedures and IOSA Standards. Secondary responsibilities include providing training for Fueling, Ground Handling, Deicing, Passenger Service, Hazardous Materials, Exit Row Seating, Sabre functions, Part 382, Security, GSC and regular station procedures.
