Let’s talk about IPMG’s Supervisor, Case Management position!

This hybrid leadership role supports and develops a team of Case Managers while ensuring high-quality, compliant services for the Individuals we serve. The position includes regular travel for community-based meetings and requires working remotely from a HIPAA-compliant home office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise, coach, and support a team of Case Managers to deliver high-quality services
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, including coaching sessions and performance check-ins
  • Monitor compliance, deadlines, and quality standards through internal reviews
  • Provide training, guidance, and support for complex cases and team needs
  • Analyze team performance data and implement improvement strategies
  • Partner with Human Resources on performance management and corrective actions
  • Participate in hiring activities, including interviewing candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with community providers and stakeholders
  • Investigate concerns and support resolution efforts as needed
  • Provide coverage for caseloads, on-call needs, and cross-team support when necessary

Who You’ll Work With:

  • A team of Case Managers supporting Individuals on Medicaid Waivers, including Family Supports Waiver (FSW) and Community Integrated Habilitation (CIH) Waiver
  • Internal leadership, Human Resources, and Quality Assurance teams
  • Community providers, families, and other stakeholders

What You Need:

  • A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (e.g., social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, special education, nursing, or related field)
  • Minimum of 2 years of case management experience
  • Knowledge of waiver case management processes and regulations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing team members

Additional Requirements:

  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to pass background screenings
  • Designated home office with reliable internet and standard equipment
